4.1 DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

On our website, you can subscribe to a free newsletter. At the registration for the newsletter, the following data from the input mask will be sent to us:

For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy.

4.2 PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The collection of the user's e-mail address serves to deliver the newsletter. Data can be visible to Squarespace.com (the platform which our site is built with), where they also store information on their servers, but Squarespace.com does not share information with third parties. The data will be used exclusively for the use of the company Poročne pravljice, Veronika Ekart Kovačević s.p. to send notifications, such as news, sales, etc. and will not be shared with third parties.

4.3 DURATION OF STORAGE AND REMOVAL OPPORTUNITY

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. The e-mail address of the user is therefore stored as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active. Users are able to unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter email or by sending a direct email to us (info@porocnepravljice.com).

 

5. Contact form & e-mail contact

5.1 DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

On our website, a contact form is available, which serves our users to send us an email directly through the website. If a user uses this contact option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and will be saved.

The following data will be stored:
(1) E-mail address of the user 
(2) Subject of interest 
(3) Message text

Before we start processing user-submitted data, the user needs to consent as part of the submission process in the contact form. In the consent, reference is made to this Privacy Policy.

Alternatively, direct contact via the provided e-mail address is also possible. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail will also be stored.

The collection of the data within the email sent through the contact form serves us only to process the contact. Data can be visible to Squarespace.com (the platform which our site is built with), where they also store information on their servers, but Squarespace.com does not share information with third parties. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form.

5.3 DURATION OF STORAGE AND REMOVAL OPPORTUNITY

The data will be deleted when the conversation with the user ends or when it is no longer necessary for the purpose of providing the Service. The conversation is ended when all of the facts have been clarified with the user.

The user can at any time revoke his consent to the processing of the personal information by contacting us directly by e-mail (info@porocnepravljice.com). The objection can also be addressed by telephone and can be made informally without stating reasons. All personal information stored in the course of contacting will be deleted in this case.

We also communicate with our users through provided links to our different social media accounts. All social media links will redirect the user to the respective third-party social media website. We have no control and do not take responsibility for the contents of any such linked website. Our website is using integrated components of Pinterest.

What is Pinterest: Pinterest is a social media web and mobile application that enables user to interact with images, GIFs and videos.

During your visit on our website, Pinterest gains knowledge (through the Pinterest component) about what specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject. This occurs regardless of whether the person clicks on the Pinterest component or not. If data subject is logged in to Pinterest account this information is stored directly in to the personal Pinterest user account.

If such a transmission of information to Pinterest is not desirable for the data subject, then he or she may prevent this by logging off from their Pinterest account before a call-up to our website is made.

6.2 USE OF GOOGLE MAPS

On our website we have integrated Google Maps API to visualize the location of our office. 

According to Google’s privacy policy generally transmitted data through this plugin is IP address of the user which goes directly to Google server in the US and are stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

On our website we have embedded Vimeo service for purpose of playing videos.

Vimeo stores information about your visit of our website including your IP-address.
